If your new equipment isn't the perfect fit for your cycling journey, we are here to help you find the right replacement or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and components are included; for bikes, please use the original shipping crate to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized bike boxes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
